The start of a new week – like a fresh clean slate – beckons.  What will it bring?  

When you think about it – this is how life works.  Each day we awaken to a clean fresh slate;  a slate upon which to create what life provides.  And life does provide exactly what we need to expand beyond our current boundaries and move us into the newness that each day brings. 

Every day we are presented with unlimited opportunities to expand our thoughts, our beliefs and our realities.  This is huge.  Each and every day we are given numerous opportunities to become more, to share more and to simply BE more.  If you spent just 5 minutes a day REALLY believing that you can be more than you are….that you can have more than you currently possess……that you can BE or DOanything that you choose – well can youimagine how everyone’s life would benefit?

Each time that you step into your true power, you are enabling others to learn from your example.  Each time you offer your self up, as a living example of what is possible, you are benefiting everyone that comes into your path on a daily basis.  Each time you believe in yourself you are all powerful.  It is as simple as that but it is a choice to think these thoughts.

Many of you are currently experiencing what can only be called the “Dark Night of the Soul”.  So much is being torn down and readied for the new.  So much seems to be falling away, with you feeling like you have no control anymore.   Perhaps this could be the truth.   Maybe you need to relinqush some control so that the Universe can take over.

The control that you have been trying to exert, in all areas of your life, does not seem to be working any longer.  Life is twisting and turning in ways that you had never envisioned, however, it is happening whether you choose to believe it or not.  So, perhaps a new choice is upon you.

The Universe projects numerous ideas and thoughts into your field of consciousness every day.   Many viable options are currently being projecting into your thoughts RIGHT NOW giving you the ability to move beyond this current state of affairs.  You are  being gifted with the ability to move out of this dark period but, you must change the way you think. 

Why not take your 5 minutes today and start believing that you can move beyond where you are.  You know that you want to.  You know that others have moved through even harsher realities than yours and have come out the other side full of life, love, power and confidence.  Everything that they desired seemed to magically arrive.  What did they do that was different than what you are currently doing?  What was the one main tipping point?

A sincere belief in their own abilities. 

A belief that they could rise out of the ashes and create something new.   A desire to be more than they had previously been.  And, an awareness of the assistance of the Divine in all aspects of the life that they were living.  Just a simple awareness.

For many of you, the veils are lifting.  You are seeing more and hearing more.  And for many perhaps, you are simply listening more.   You are now bringing an awareness into your own field of consciousness, of the existence of more………..of everything. 

Can you believe that more is possible? 

Can you believe that life can change dramatically with your thoughts?

Can you accept a reality other than the one that you are currently immersed within?

Open your mind and surrender to a deeper knowing that there is MORE available.  You just have to reach out and accept it as it filters down to you in each beautiful moment of your day.

So for today, I wish you infinite abundance and a new day filled with a deeper knowing of your own place in the world.

I had two clients today both make similar statements regarding finding a man to look after them – like that would make it all better. By IT, of course I mean, their LIFE. It got me questionning my own life and seeing where I too, in the past, have been in that same situation – doubting my own abilities..

Why do so many people seek for another to “look after them”?

What is it within people that makes them believe that they are not capable of looking after themselves?

Where were we led to believe that we would never be whole unless we had someone to look after us and, on the flip side, someone for us to look after?

Why not simply focus all that love and attention on YOU and see where it might lead?

In my life, I have delved into this belief pattern too. However, when I did have financial support and all that that entails on the material plane, I did not feel safe. I worried constantly about what might or could or would happen, all the while clinging to what? Someone else to take charge of me and my life FOR me? And what would I do?

What I have learned is that once we consciously take charge of our own life without any expectations placed upon another, we start to stand taller. We start to feel that excitement of creating once again? We start to believe in our own sweet self.

So, I guess what I am saying here is that it is time to start believing in YOU for you is what you have to work with RIGHT NOW. Embrace the possibilities in doing FOR YOU, as you are guided in each moment. No longer waiting for some magical prince or princess to ride you off into the sunset. No longer living in a place of fear.

From this moment onward, start to live in a place of LOVE. If even for a moment at a time. With time, those moments stretch into minutes. Those minutes stretch into hours. Those hours stretch into days and before long, you are living in a state of bliss, creating your life moment to moment in a state of Love, joy and surrender to simply living in the moment.

That is what I have learned for today. I share from a place of deep reverence for all of our journeys…..

So we have managed to move beyond those incredibly powerful energies that have been swirling around for the past week or so.

The Summer Solstice, the New Moon on Monday and all that those celestial events bring up for many of us are now behind as we move into the newness that is the Summer.  I facilitate a meditation circle on Tuesday nights and last night I had a full house.  I love watching the energies build as one after another these Souls walk in to the room.  There were new people present last night.  A few people that I had not seen for almost a year and of course, the regulars who seem to come for their weekly “Katrice fix”.

Everyone had been feeling the stretching that occurs as we move into a new energy and I am so very grateful that Spirit has elected me as one of those “Earth Angels” to assist during this time of transition on Planet Earth.  Of course, as humans, we are always transitioning into the new within our lives.   There are times, however, when we are pushed beyond our normal limits and during those times, it is so very helpful to have others with whom we can share these changes.

And you?  How are you transitioning through the changes in your own life?  Do you have support available when you need it?  Are there others with whom you can share those “strange” sensations or feelings that may be causing you angst?

We all need help and support at every turn in our lives.  For some of us, we have a Divine knowing that all is in perfect order which enables us to breathe a little easier….allowing us to ride out the stormy times.  Unfortunately a lot of people tend to fight the changes, wanting things to remain the way they were.  At the end of the day, do you really want everything to remain the same?  This is not possible and the sooner you come to this realization deep within your Self, the easier the coming changes will be for you and those you love.

So for today, allow yourself to ride the waves.  Reach up as the energies carry you higher.  Dive as the energies take you lower.  And be in Joy in the moment knowing that change is the only constant.

Yesterday was the Summer Solstice and today is the New Moon in Cancer.  Such amazing energies with which to work as the week progresses.  

For this Soul, the past few days have been rather taxing with Father’s Day, my daughter’s birthday and other numerous get-togethers.  I loved it all but had been feeling the need to shore up my own strength in preparation for what lies ahead.  And what is it that lies ahead as we all move into the newness that awaits?

What comes to me is a vision of a Being of Light taking flight with WILL FULL abandon as she leaps into the unknown……….off the cliff and landing…..in her rightful place.  Joyful exuberance at the possibilities.  Knowing in her heart of hearts that wherever she goes, there she is.  Exactly as it is meant to BE.

As we move into this first day of Summer I feel this same joyful exhuberance settling in.  A calmness too surrounds me as I feel myself into the depths of my Being.  Like the flowers of summer, I am now willing to grow towards the Sun, relishing simply being in the Light.  My life reflects this as I allow myself free reign to explore the endless possibilities that present themselves to me on a daily basis.  There is an excitement at a deeper awareness that all is in Divine right time and order.  Life is exactly in tune with me and this part of my journey.  Balance is the over-riding them and with it comes a sense of calm and peace.  This deeper knowing,  I shall take into the days ahead.

Are you ready to  turn yourself to the light and grow?

With this night’s New Moon, it is the perfect time to plant those new seeds in your consciousness.  Allow them free reign to grow into their rightful states of Being.  And allow your sweet Self free reign as you explore the newness that is you this evening.

As Souls we are all desirous of returning to our true nature and calling.  For many, however, this journey is full of uncertainty and fear.  Why is this?

The main reason is that we have forgotten our true nature…that of a Soul moving through this human experience.  It is meant to be full of challenges as this is how we learn and grow and evolve.  We are not meant to be stopped in our tracks with these insecurities that we have come to identify with who we are.  These are simply our Higher Self’s way of bringing us into a more expanded way of thinking and living.

We have all come to this world to remember who we are and, more importantly, remember all what we already know to be true in our heart of hearts.  We have simply forgotten.  This is no reason to beat ourselves up nor to lament the fact that we are HERE.   We chose to return to a human existence one more time to realize that this life on Earth is a gift…a chance to become fully present in the here and now in every moment.

There are a whole raft of experiences presented to us in every moment of every day.  Today, why not revel in the experience and gift thanks for another opportunity to get it right.   Everything that you want to experience in your life is already here – as unmanifest potential.  All you need do is BELIEVE that what you want is available.  It is already right here at your fingertips…..you just haven’t opened to it yet.

Today take some time to breathe into the centre of your Soul and remember.  You are a beautiful Soul here to experience life and, in so doing, act as a mirror for others. 

We are all here to share our own unique knowledge of life in 3d.  All our challenges and experiences are meant to become beacons of light for others to follow, or at least shine to light on their experiences, allowing them to start to see beyond their own belief patterns.  That is the most important thing to remember here.  We just have to open ourselves to the Light that shines within – that divine spark of creation with which you sailed into this way of being, this path as a Human.

How many times have you found yourself holding back and worrying about what is next?  Trying to control all aspects of your life and trying to control others in the process?  Doesn’t get you very far does it?  At these times it can feel like you are paddling up stream with no clear direction as to where you are indeed heading.  Time to take a step back and re-assess that which you are attempting to accomplish.

Take a deep breath and simply allow yourself the luxury of staying in one place, regardless of how uncomfortable this particular now moment is.  As you allow yourself this quiet time, miraculously the correct answer will appear in a flash of inspiration or just a simple AHA moment…..as if a sense of magic has somehow entered your life.  THEN, and only then will it be time to take the next step…..simply following along with what the Universe is sharing with you.

Going with the flow can be a challenge when, in the past, you have always dictated the direction in which you WANT to be going.  But who is directing the flow of your life if you are continually trying to control it?  A river never tries to control its flow…it simply moves forward, allowing the rythym of the water to steer the course.  And that is what you need to work into your daily round.  A sense of surrender as you step onto a path of faith and divine acceptance for all exactly as it currently is.  It is only in surrendering to the flow that your life starts to move forward with no concerted effort on your part.  A sense of ease and grace comes to the surface.  Your face lights up with a smile as you sense the miraculous in every breath.

So take some time to breathe today.  Take some time to surrender to the flow that is currently present in your life.  It is always there.  We just need to be aware and quiet enough within to receive all that the Universe is sending our way.

May your day be full of grace as you truly surrender to the flow of all that is good and real in your life.
